What Element Echo S.A.S. does with the information you send us, and what you can ask us to do with it.

We are a Colombian company. If you contact us from the United States, your information is handled in Colombia and in the United States, as described below.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form on this site:
- Name and company
- Email address or WhatsApp number
- The city the job is in
- Type of damage and number of pieces
- Up to four photographs of the damage, if you choose to attach them
- Any message you add
Nothing else comes from the form. The fonts on this site are served from our own domain — there is no request to Google Fonts.
Cookies and measurement
This site uses Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It sets cookies in your browser — the ones named _ga and _ga_<id> — holding a random number, not your name and not your email.
The measurement is anonymous and aggregated: it tells us how many visits there were, from which country, to which page. It does not tell us who you are. We do not use it for targeted advertising.
From the form, the measurement records one thing: that a submission went through, and which type of damage you picked from the list. Your name, your email, your phone, your city and your photographs never reach the measurement.
You can switch it off whenever you like: install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or block this site’s cookies in your browser. Nothing breaks if you do — the form and the pages work the same.
Why we use it
For one purpose: to answer your request and prepare the quote or the comparison you asked for. We do not use it for advertising, we do not share it, and we do not sell it.
Where it goes
This site is hosted on Vercel, and the email is delivered by Resend. Both are United States companies acting as our service providers. When you submit the form, your entries and any photographs travel through those services to our mailbox.
The measurement data — the data in the section above, without your name or your email — is processed by Google, also in the United States. That one is separate from the form: it happens because you visited the site, and it stops when you switch the measurement off as described above.
Element Echo keeps no database. The message arrives in a company mailbox and stays there. There is no other storage.
How long we keep it
We keep the message and its attachments for twenty-four months from the last contact. A construction job runs long, and that term covers it.
After that, or whenever you ask, the message and its attachments are deleted.
Your choices
Whatever your state or country requires of us, we offer everyone the same:
- Ask what we hold about you
- Ask us to correct it
- Ask us to delete it
- Withdraw the permission you gave when you sent the form
Write to hello@elementecho.co with your name, how to reach you, and what you need. No special form, no need to explain why. We answer questions within one business day, and resolve formal complaints within fifteen business days. If a case takes us longer, we tell you why and when it will be resolved.
Children
This site is for construction and industrial professionals. We do not ask for or seek information from children.
Changes
If we change this notice, the new version goes up at this same address with its date. If a change affects why we use your information, we will tell you first.
